   Day before yesterday I traveled from sahakarnagar to l&t apartment. While getting down I forgot to take umbrella kept in the auto. I immediately complained to return my umbrella. Their support team is useless They have neither returned the umbrella nor attended the repeated call made to their support team. Worst service provider

   This is worst than other cab services. Their drivers misbehave with female passengers do not drop at tue location and clearly say that ” metre se extra charge do” and charge full fees. Despite that the team registers fault complaint and takes no action close request with no redressal or even a call back. Will he happy if such fraudsters are charged legally for this

   I can’t travel in namma yatri because the auto driver was using bad words and talking to much and today morning one auto booking iti gate to ramurhthi agar he call me I was talking bt the driver using very very bad words that’s why I am not use the namma yathri time 4:20am ,2/7/24

   One of the worst customer care.
   I have taken a ride and the amount was Rs. 440 where in I got the invoice for Rs. 40
   I have been calling the customer care to get the right invoice. Everytime there like will get back to you.
