   I have bought Ampere magnus ex from here in February 2022 paying 85500/- and my scooter is not working now and they are not sending the concerned person to check and repair the scooter, I am being told to put the scooter in a tempo from porter app and bring it to them. There was an MCB fault and battery problem in the past and they made me wait more than a week and more, the MCB fault was diagnosed only after the service person came to house to check and the battery problem even after keeping scooter for a week they didn’t diagnose correctly. Familiarity breeds contempt, your electric scooter is only as reliable as the support after sales you get. My scooter has barely done 4000 kms since purchase. I hope they attend to the scooter problem, will not recommend that you buy electric scooter. I seem to be a sucker for punishment….

   By purchasing an EV in the year 2019, VERO( VICTORY) Yellow I made a big mistake. After 3 years both BATTERY & CHARGER became defective. To invest again in battery ( Whopping Rs. 32000.00) + Charger appx Rs. 4000.00. Dealer has told only 2 years for Battery when I went to check the battery on 24.8.22.
   ONLY MANUFACTURER HAS TO BE BLAMED FOR THE CONDITION OF SUCH WORST VEHICLE.

   I dumped the vehicle and battery in SCRAPYARD. My sincere request to new buyers, CONFIRM THE WARRANTY / Guarantee OF THE BATTERY & GET IT ENDORSED IN THE PURCHASE INVOICE L, SO THAT YOU WILL HAVE PROOF. ANYTIME YOU CAN CLAIM THE REPLACEMENT IF NEEDED.

   Ampere Reo Plus is quoted at ₹61,999/- in all states in India (as per the website) but these people are quoting ₹67,000/- and I spoke to Ampere customer care’s senior executive who confirmed that showrooms need not charge you more.
   These guys are charging people in excess of the MRP especially when there is no registration, insurance, etc.
   It’s a shame that they outrightly charge more to those who do not do a research on the same.
   Please remember: for bikes without registration there is only one price (no ex-showroom/ on road) be aware and make sure the showroom does not charge you extra! This info is for the good of all public reading this.
