   DONT BUY VIDA

   Problem with aux battery. No proper resolution from them. Vehicle doesn’t even unlock. I’m stuck with nothing to do. Pickup of vehicle and service charges on me if I opt for their service. No mistake of mine and I end up paying more than 2.5K. Hopeless vehicle.
   Sometimes vehicle doesn’t switch on, sometimes shows wrong battery percentage. POOR VEHICLE AT HIGH COST

   The staff here are super friendly. The salesperson explained everything to me from scratch. She answered all my queries pretty well and also asked if I needed a helmet or someone to sit behind to guide me.

   The electric scooter is really well crafted with great handling and precision. It is loaded with features and connectivity, especially you don’t have a key hole for starting it’s a key fob like in modern cars (basically keyless entry). For now the only thing i found off was the pricing which is quite high compared to the competitors.

   After the ride she showed me a special AR video by scanning the vehicle where it shows how the energy flow occurs when you start moving.

   There is also a small cafe, where you can buy something for yourself to eat.

   Overall a great experience !! 😄

   This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any purchase. They heavily advertise doorstep service, yet it simply doesn’t exist. False advertising at its peak.

   Renewing your subscription is an absolute nightmare—there’s no option to do it via their app or website. The only way is to physically visit the showroom, which is both archaic and inconvenient.

   The batteries are another disaster. They randomly drain while the bike is parked, leaving you stranded without any notification. On top of that, the bike frequently goes into limp mode for no apparent reason. When you call roadside assistance (RSA), you’re met with excuses instead of solutions.

   And God help you if it’s after 6 PM—when most people are commuting home from work—because the RSA team won’t. Service centers conveniently stop accepting vehicles after 6 PM, leaving you completely stranded.

   The sheer lack of accountability and service is mind-boggling. Every interaction feels like they’ve gone out of their way to frustrate you. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far, far away from Vida scooters.

   TLDR;
   You have to be patient to get the vehicle as everything is in early stage.

   Pre Booked the Vehicle on 23rd January , got the delivery by 12th February.

   Loan process takes time and better to visit the showroom and do the process. Online process may automatically reject it.

   Check the vehicle at time of delivery and they will fix issues once you mention them. I had my front panels changed due to scratch and they changed it in 15mins.

   There will be multiple contacts but the Vida showroom manager Vivek and warehouse manager (number mentioned on RT krishna payment slip) helped me a lot to get it delivered on time.

   On the App, its still under development but you need to get it configured with your bike and that takes around 7 days.
   App shows basic information like trip details, tracking (still not available in OLA) , fast charging and Custom mode config (little confusing sliders).
   My test ride was done by Aleek in Phoenix Marketcity Mall and I got proper information about the vehicle and they didn’t over sold the vehicle.

   Overall showroom experience is good.

   Attached the range I am getting using various modes and with a pillion for 50% rides.

   Worst is still a better word..they are pathetic to be true..for delivery of the bike I had to follow-up, for the number plate it took almost a month and I had to go rounds to their service center in Magadi road and wait helplessly. Their team is very prompt on the phone saying they will check and call back but the call never comes and next call onwards they don’t answer the call

   There has been an error as pro instead of plus and that I have been following up since last 20+ days. (For the extended warrenty policy)

   I gave it for the first service but they are not able to do anything saying that the seller has to close OTP registration and only then they can create a job card and do service. It’s been 45 days today but things are not yet sorted and they say there is some system issue etc etc.

   I wish I had not bought a bike from them..I don’t recommend them to anyone. Only for the test drive their showroom is good.😔🙏

   May God bless any one with lots of patience and follow-up energy whoever buys a bike even after reading this review..
