   Most unsupervised service centre. They don’t pick the call nor call back, including the Manager-Shashank.

   The vehicle was dropped at 9.30am in the morning and my vehicle was the first to be dropped off for the day. The lady incharge calls me back at 5.30pm to inform a major part replacement and calls me back again to tell the vehicle will be ready the next day at 9am sharp. I reconfirmed the time.

   And this part was broken by them during last service and hadn’t checked it for two days so didn’t raise a complaint and was ready to pay for it.

   The next day nobody picks the call even after multiple attempts from 9-9.30am, and no call back as well. Then finally gave up and visited the showroom at 10.30am and the same lady is ignoring me when questioned, I asked who is the manager and she said I am. Then reluctantly I went and checked my vehicle and it wasn’t cleaned yet but she argued for it to be clean and they need to apply the polish.

   After Waiting for half an hour the vehicle was ready and when questioned with a loud voice she says go and talk to the concerned person don’t talk to me.

   They tried to make sure they send us out asap and it still took them 30min. They were arrogant, irresponsible and most importantly, if they didn’t have an answer you are simply non existent to them.

   And my vehicle wasn’t even polished and the guy called yeshwant when questioned says, this is how it looks after cleaning and this is ready.

   They have the worst behaviour, no time sense and the worst service. The brand which doesn’t care an ounce about service.

   Your local service person will do an excellent job compared to these useless, arrogant and most irresponsible people.

   Worst Service Experience
   I don’t know about sales here. But their service people are worst. They spoiled my scooty. Front panel got poked from below due to overtighteing of the screw and they argue that it is damaged before. I told them to check cctv or footage in their center but they just want to argue. If you love your vehicle never give it for service here. And always as soon u give it fir service take photos and videos from your end as they will 100 percent damage your vehicle and later you need proof when you go to main TVS for raising complaint.

   Process was Quick and Straightforward. Deepa & Darshan was helpful and supportive. Got the bike delivered just in time for festive day. 🙂

   Bought my rtr 160 4v bike here, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff explained everything clearly, and the delivery was prompt. The staff are polite special thanks to Darshan, and senior executives madam, 5-star experience!”

   The recent Service Center Manager is the worst, extremely rude and ill mannered. I had instructed to change the indicator switch 3-4 times before handover but ended up doing unnecessary things and skipped the real issue also they have spoiled the brake adjustment as the scooter starts without engaging the brake. When discussed regarding this the manager was least bothered, despite raising safety concerns. Better to shutdown such center if they can’t resolve minor issues.
