Worst customer service that one could expect in Bangalore. Arrogant and rude staff including the manager. If there is anything less than 1 star rating I would have rated them 0 star or even less than that. They manage and sales world low to low grade EV vehicles. The service centre looks like a scrap yard similar to Shivaji Nagar scrap market. Looks like Manager and staff doesn’t even have heard the word professionalism or customer service in there life time. I have been dooped by these people by there over promising and customer corrupting tricks. Bought two vehicles Bgauss and rapto in one go full cash payment. But the quality of vehicles is very very poor. The range promised for Bgauss was 130KMs per charge and with load 110 kms but it doesn’t even last upto 60kms. Rapto merely 35km where promised range was 80 kms. It usually takes 6-8 hours to full charge and not compatible with fast chargers at charging stations. Ola and other class of vehicles are far far better than this. Do visit there service station and take customer feedback prior to buying any vehicles what tectrac is selling. Worst worst ever buying experience of my lifetime

This store has RTo and non-rto EV scooters on different prices. I purchased non-rto ev from Enviro X20 model. It is a start-up company, but honestly I ran about 200km without any problems. It runs 50-55km per charge / double carry it runs 40-45km. They delivered scooter in 24hrs. Its a very light weight vehicle so carrying much load may be an issue.
