   I am using Hero e bike and had accelerator issue,i had given vehicle here for service, they have changed the accelerator with their spare and given within few minutes itself .thanks for the immediate response.i would definitely suggest this showrooms to know people

   I am using hero e bike,I had given vehicle for service.did a wonderful job and gave back in neat and clean position .charged very less amount.if I was aware of this showroom before buying my vehicle I would have definitely purchased here itself.good staff .over all good experience

   Pathetic e bike & pathetic showroom. They are cheating people with selling such a bad vehicle giving false promises. When we ask about the problems & poor performance they are not giving us solutions. Every 6-7 months there is some or the other issue in the vehicle & they are charging 9-10 k for service & repair. We bought the vehicle for 46k & we have spent till date 53k for service & repairs. We have spent more than the purchase cost of the vehicle. They have cheated us by selling a bad condition vehicle. When we asked why such repair issues are coming they are telling it is the way we are riding. I cannot understand how there be so much water & tear issues in a 4 year old vehicle. Meirely it’s a fraud and cheating people.pls don’t buy this vehicle from Sourav e bikes vidyaranyapura

   I am the very old customer to this sourav e bikes. I have upgraded to the latest model. Very much happy with the response and bike performance. I have driven more than 20 thousand kilometers before this now happily using new bike also i am sure this time also i will getgood performance
