   READ BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE – Wox Cooler selling Simba e Rickshaw is the worst quality E-Rickshaw supplier in Nagpur koradi road, I am a honest reviewer. Firstly the quality of rickshaw is worst and price is same as other brand dealer. All material is low quality Chinese product. There is no handel lock and speedometer is missing with feature to show KMS. When we asked owner he said this is what we have. The staff is very arrogant the dont care of customers at all. If you looking for E-rickshaw better go for Yatri brand or other but this is really worst. The are just taking money from Poor peoples pocket. They should feel shameful that with this E-rickshaw a poor person is going to earn money for his day to day living and this WOX cooler (Simba E-rickshaw) is providing such worst product. Regards to services The nuts and bolts were not properly tighten we were about to meet accident while taking it to home and when we called owner he said “App kar lo” because the next person is poor this is how you will treat him after taking 1.25 lakhs Rs. Moreover the wiring in regards to indicator, horn in short entire assembly is not properly connected. This company is just looking for making profits by taking money out of poor man pocket. Really you should be ashamed of yourself.
