Shams EcoRide – Electric Bikes & Fitness Cycles: A Disappointing Experience
I purchased a Motovolt EV on June 29th, 2024, after paying an upfront fee of ₹5,000. Despite assurances of delivery within 10 days, I’m still waiting for my vehicle. Numerous attempts to contact the dealer through phone and messages have been met with silence. Even direct contact with Motovolt resulted in confusion, as they claimed no bookings were made through this dealer.
My visit to the dealer’s location on first week of August was equally frustrating. Despite calling ahead, no one answered. Upon arrival, I was met with vague responses and told to wait until saturday Two weeks later, I’m still without my vehicle and have received no updates.
My only request is to kindly return my money which I have paid as an advance 5000.

One of the most worst bikes they are selling and also bad service and also very rude owner I suggest anyone planning to buy not to go. They are just selling fake units and making money then nothing from there end.

It’s very excellent place for e bikes and scooter’s . rising ⛽ fuel price are horror now a day’s . better to go for e bike’s to save money
