Absolutely horrific experience at this place and royal brothers in general. They gave us a faulty vehicle that gave out in the middle of the road and risked our lives and many others. We were stranded in the middle of the road nowhere close to the original pickup centre I.e. bellandur and on contacting the customer support they asked us to show it at a garage ourselves instead of providing support on their end. On dragging the bike to a nearby royal brothers centre due to lack of customer support, they asked us to wait for another one hour for a technician to fix it. (We have already been waiting and on call for 2 hours). The staff at the branch was not a technician but was being instructed over the phone to fix the bike (which he himself confessed he did not know how to). On requesting a replacement they refused. On requesting to leave the bike at the current branch and end the trip – we were told we will not get any refund and instead threatened us with extra charges. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service and lack of proper logistics. Let me reiterate they have no roadside assistance and are not operating for the benefit of the customers.

After the vogo service was discontinued I started using royal brothers. They have affordable priced scooters also. I will book the ride through their app only. In weekdays you can get affordable priced scooters with km starting from 40km. But in weekends you can get km starting from 90km only. In road assistance were good. Customer service is also good. I will recommend their services.

It was my first booking with royal brothers and it was nice the bike was good and well maintained and was good in my tour thanks.
