   I have purchased vehicle from your company its been not even 6 month but again and again we are facing side stand problem and also belt issue your product is very worst I will go to the social media and recommend all to not to purchase your company product. Product quality is very poor if my problem will not get resolved this time seriously I will go the consumer court and will raise a compliment against to you company.

   Again and again getting warning error in this  vehicle your service provider said this will happen and the problem will get resolve I need better service this time other wise I will go and raise a complaint.

   This is to inform that we have been constantly facing issue with our E V vehicle which we bought in the month of Feb . Everytime we need to go J P nagar though Yelahanka show room is open and they do not give proper clarity on what is happening . For 4000 kms belt is cut imagine the quality of the material used when called they said it will be fixed in a day and it will be delivered next day but it’s been 2 days now still they are saying are waiting for approval and the team respond so badly to customer and yell at them for asking the updates and questioning wat is happening. Also our vehicle met with accident for that they took more then 1 month for getting it fixed. Pathetic service one can expect. I would not recommend any one to go for this vehicle because of the service part is really really bad. They do not even know wat they are doing .. bike look is good but the quality of the built is very bad and service is very very bad

   Purchased on March 29th 2024.. Driven 8000km by November … I loved the vehcile. It got punchy motor and lot of space in the vehcile… Service was good. Always river indie team responded for my queries. Recently my indie handle was very tight it was addressed by Karthick in JP nagar service center. Friendly and he able to understand the problem and provided resolution

   I had wonderful experience with River store JP nagar. Before coming here I had lot of research on this EV. It is very excellent bike. Mini SUv. Staffs are very cooperative. I got my bike with in 1 week of booking
   I did 3 time test drive before booking.

   I had a great experience visiting the River Store. We got a great welcome which got a big smile on my face. We did enough research before going to the store. We did a couple of test rides and finally booked our Blue. After 2 weeks I received an email saying, our turn has come and we will have to pay for the scooter. We paid in full and we were promised a delivery with in 14 days but the scooter was delivered to us with in 8 business days. Which I would say it was quick. But I was little upset with the delivery part. The sales guy Santhosh did not explain anything to us when we were taking the scooter for delivery. That is when I happen to speak to the stock manager Santhosh who was very helpful and kind.
