   Overall OK experience. I feel representative’s lack on knowledge of the product and test drive is given for 1km only around the showroom. That’s not at all enough to know or feel about the ride (this is along with their representatives sitting behind n taking DL as collateral lol). They should provide longer test drive and explain better about product and warranty details.
   They will provide online brochure if needed. That has greater detail.
   Overall feels bike is good enough for city ride.

   Well cleaned n sanitized place.
   We can go for test drive.
   What I feel bad is there is only very less staff to take care of customers. But still whoever is there, they are very helpful.

   My personal experience.. I planned to buy rv1+ and went to the showroom and asked the final cost of red with silver is 3k extra.. transport and handling charges, card charges 2% made me irritate.. even though I am ok because I was so exited about rv1+.. final touch I just done the test ride bike has less pickup on bridge slope and going 20kms max speed on that slope.. not bought the rv1+ bike because they not reduced 1 rupees also.. I bought oben rorr finally..

   I have booked our first electric bike… Waiting for it early…. I took test drive and that feeling was awesome…..

   As though it was the first showroom in bangalore .. In-store people are very polite and we’ll experience them.
   And throughout the experience it was very good regarding the bike it’s going to be my first bike and the good part is it’s electric. I was very excited and waiting for the delivery….
