   Pure ev closed their company.
   Battery dead in a year. No service centre. If you buy this you will be selling to scrap. Scrap. Waste of money. No delear services this bike. Complete waste of money. Don’t buy don’t buy don’t buy.
   They closed their company. No service. Waste of money

   The battery is not good worst battery. if give the battery for service they don’t give back and they offer new battery purchase with paying the new battery price. Not only me same thing doing lots of people. So please don’t buy this pure EV Company vehicle.

   We bought PureEv Neo entrance. Definitely the vehicle is good. Only issue is with low quality fiber they have used.
   Now about this store, we booked the vehicle and got it on the same day itself. Only bad thing was they were in so hurry to deliver the vehicle, they forget to put first aid kit, tools. For everything I had to ask them to put in the vehicle. They didn’t installed the gaurds properly(attach the picture). When I asked them to tight it properly then they told they will do it later on 1st servicing

   Very very worest showroom in Bangalore don’t buy already company hasbeen closed no one can response I suggested you don’t purchase so many complaints in that ev scooter

   **Pure EV Bike Review: A Cautionary Tale**

   I purchased my Pure EV bike from Sri Karpagam Motors in 2022, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Just three months after buying the bike, I encountered a battery issue. The service center’s lack of knowledge and inefficiency in repairing the vehicle has been incredibly frustrating.

   It took them seven months to provide a standby battery, and my original battery issue remains unresolved. Despite having an extended warranty for the battery, they have not provided a replacement. As a result, my bike has been sitting idle for a year, essentially becoming a piece of scrap.

   Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Pure EV
