Worst service hypercharge is not working when I went inside the show room and spoke to the guys from sales team he stared shouting and telling me about I can walk up to him that his not his duty I went to Kammanahalli and indranagar showroom same issue I faced, very bad service.

Worst experience at the service. It took me one month to just raise a ticket. They don’t even treat you like a customer. Their only motive is to sell the vehicle. They carelessly respond to you when you take your vehicle for service and make you wait for long hours. Post prolonged service they still miss out to install the parts or screws which they uninstalled earlier. Don’t ever buy OLA.

I have bought two years back , Excellent speed and very rigid and stable. Totally it’s Good, I like it very much. I am very much Satisfied. Only problem is Servicing which as to be improved. Overall Rating is Excellent. I have saved more than Rs80000/. . Thanks to Ola.

There is my humble request to everyone who are going to purchase new bike Dont purchase ola electrice bikes because they not have any proper staff in there showroom there are now having no service centers in every city. This bike doesnt save our money i m tired by staff there are various issues in bikes like low quality material are using Motor issues, Battery not proper working,kilometer range issues , The company is purely making gools to there customers i think I paid 1,22,000 for my bike, this totally waste. If we want to sell this bike anyone will not buy this bike from us and even the ola company will not take back there bike so these is A pure fool making to us, buy taking our hardly money.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Felt like a walking to the regular bike showroom.
Aa the name suggest it’s a experience center and nothing more, good and friendly staff with someone exceptional attitude in some staff.
Best place to go if you are more interested in understanding and to get a feel of the product.
