I purchased s1 pro monday only 140 km drove after purchase today morning had a breakdown near electronic City phase 1 pathetic service I had wait 6 hours on road to tow finally my friend helped me to reach service centre but no response Mr. Suhas pathetic manager.
I request everyone not to buy and suffer like me without food and water especially mental peace after 1.4 on this cheap company.
If you guys want to experience definitely give a try .

The service team improved a lot. I feel good even when the security person helps. Took less then 30 mins to get the service related queries. Keep it up team

My Ola S1 pro had an issue of switching off by itself on the run, I raised a complaint 2 days ago and I was given service appointment for today. So I gave my bike this morning and recieved it back the same evening in good condition. So this shows some improvement in their service and costomer care.

After coming to this centre I got to know rats had cut the main wire so they said it won’t cover in warranty and to take insurance claim you need to go to another service centre that is 40km from here. Manager is rude, customer care call service is useless. I towed my scooter twice in a day just because of their useless service. 2nd time I paid for the towing. Only one centre in bengaluru has the facility for insurance claim and this is a metro city. Shame on ola. Government should take strict action against these frauds.

Bakwaas experience even after having an appointment’s Electricity branch says there is no staffs bec of festival .. after travelling for 45 mins this is seriously insane behaviour from the store manager and service centre manager Mr. Manoj is clueless of there process .. I would have got call based on appointment not to visit bec of leave .. Mr. Bhavish is busy introducing new vehicles and not improving process in place .. Regretting for buying OLA and there not responsible staff ..
