   I owned Okinawa paise pro vehicle is good but when I got a accident then the part are broken I am go to this pathetic service centre the charged me full amount and give me used part for vehicle and all parts on scratch condition and the service centre Owner ladies says at the time of transport the scratch is come.they don’t have part they will give you used part and again my scooter broken from backside and paid full amount for part again the give an old scooter part.they never ever rectify the problem of customer.they never ever wash the vehicle.just spray the vehicle from spray bottle and give it to the customer.dont ever trust at this service centre Owner and service centre they cheat there customer.okinawa vehicle is good company also but .this service is cheater and frauds .in review if there options available of zero star I will give it them they are zero nothing else.

   Doing fraud with customer I am regretting myself why I purchased this vehicle since 1 it’s in workshop only in six month battery gone and they not giving warranty…my bike not with them only they all fraud please believe God promise I am mother and they made my life hell

   I have been trying to call the number and get in touch for several months. No response. I have an okinawa bike which needs repair but i haven’t been able to get in touch with the service centre for months. The number never works. If someone from the shop is available, please share your name and number so people can get in touch.

   very bad behavior of employees, no proper communication, less bothered about customer and they compliment.
   they need only money,
   even no proper escalation matrix, even company side no support for customer complaints.

   i have given 2 time my bike for service even two time more than 10days they took. even no communication, even branch manager her attitude is very bad, i have no word to explain my paint.
