   The company is earning money by looting customers and dealers. The best part is they took the subsidy from govt and didn’t passed to dealership and customers. They only listen till the time dealer is giving money to them. But if dealer ask for customer support like warranty or warranty status company becomes invisible. There are multiple dealers who have been looted by them and by huge money margins of more than 30 lakhs. Company is growing by looting money from customers and dealers. 15000/- scooter imported from China is sold for 75000/- claiming to be made in india. Request investors to look to company profile before investing. Save energy save money.

   Company sold OKHI90 with all fake features for smart connectivity.
   I followed company many times to take me through the claimed features.
   No one from the company knows about the features.
   Many features are not working from day one. Service center is also saying we are very frustrated by the company because the bike is having build and quality issues.

   See the photo how they trap customers with big advertising banners but same is not present in their scooter.
   I got trapped by the look but learnt a lesson to go for quality in future.

   Company and their technical team is not responding and service centers are helpless to support customers.

   When I asked technical questions through the email, company immediately changed specs of this product on website.

   My scooter battery damaged. And i have been submitted last 2 months. I sent mail to Company customer care but there no reply. And showroom also not ownership in this. Very bad performance Okinawa. And also i have paid emi every month.
   Pls not buy Okinawa scooter.

   Worst Two Wheeler Seller I Ever Seen !!!!

   I bought a new electric bike on November 14, 2022, in Dharmaburi branch, Tamil Nadu, India. model number is Dual 100.

   I just dropped my bike in respective showroom . They said battery failure. It has to changed. So they send the battery to head office Delhi. It’s happened 3 Months before.
   They said battery will ready after 2 months minimum On That Day.

   There is major issues, it’s need to be noted
   I bought the bike 9 months before.
   Within two month ” Shock absorbers failed “.
   After service completed.
   Then again ” Shock absorbers failed ” Within two weeks of service.
   Like that “3 times shock absorbers got failed👎”
   After that they said it’s has to be changed fully.
   “”Please noted, it’s has be completed rectified and I need peaceful driving experiences. “”

   No Response Mail From Customer Support

   Worst Service , Worst Experience From I Bought.

   I really regret for not buying Indian made.these Japan made fools are making fool of my hard earned money. My battery failed and so sent it from chennai to haryana branch it’s been 6 months not even a single dog is taking call and not doing any battery replacement.go for normal fuel bikes that’s best from my prespective
