   I requested test drive of sx-25(slow speed) scooter several times but no response from this dealer, so I visited their showroom and very unpleasant experience, one lady is employed (not sure she is a owner or staff), she was infront of laptop and not even looking at who is coming…i myself went to her and asked who is available then she asked what you want, i said I am looking for this scooter and no stock and will come in 10 to 15 days which is fine, but the concern her way of talking and recieving the customer is not at all acceptable, for everything she will only respond if i ask something and that also reluctantly. If the service is like just at pre sales stage and I can’t imahine the service post sales. Hope dealer will sincerely look into this.

   If you are looking for an ev two wheeler I strongly recommend this showroom..which has good supporting staff to clear all your doubts with patience and help you to choose your favourite bike..I am sure if you step into you will book your favorite one….happy ride..

   Surprise to see 4 years warranty on battery. It shows their confidence on Battery.
