   Very poor service lectric 2.0 I have purchased 1year after starting newest 2.0 but this scooty is not be satisfied by customer regarding battery backup one month after problem issue related charging 5 time also relapse my charger but not be proper charging to muchh expensive starting first customer me purchased by 1 lakh 12 thousand big amounts and after that 3 month stand in mamta agency fazilnagar uttar pradesh regarding problem battery issues not received till date service very very poor no training mechanics for resolving problems Agency owners is very rude I don’t recommend this purchased any one big failure lectric company for scooty loss of money 😢 😞 😕

   Given 1 star, coz there are zero after sell service and there is only one executive in there Customer Care, but still you have to explain the same thing each time you call, and every time you will get fix reply, will call you tomorrow and believe me tomorrow will never come I am still waiting for tomorrow since last 15 days, yesterday also they committed that will call you but no call no resulotion till now.

   I was planning to purchase Lectrix ev scooty, b4 purchasing I got negative experience with customer care and I disappoint after reading reviews and finally I decide no to purchase this two wheeler.

   Lectric ev pvt Ltd company is the best company and enjoy festival,barthday party,is the bast environment at so looking beautiful
