   One of worst Customer services they have. And there is no claim of warranty in the company. i have purchased an electric scooty In 2023. The scooter having heating issue , dealer tried three times but issue not resolved. The motor and battery is under warranty and company says that warranty can not be given as thin outer rapper is damaged, which is irrelevant there is no connection of covering rapper with heating secondly they said dealer has done wrong he should not repair , which was not my fault, for me dealer is kinetic and they not give any reason or something And The Dealer is not taking any responsibility of this they saidd complain on company.the customer care executive said that the company’s person will call in 24 hrs but the their is more than 12 month their is no call from company and not solve any issue of
   us.

   Please I suggest To The Reader Don’t Purchase a single Thing from It

   I brought kinetic Zulu in April n now December,in 9-10 months bike is like scrap,all parts very low quality,low quality material,lock,seat,fibre, charger.
   Company giving a warranty 5 years ,but these all parts not worth or not life 5years.
   Same quality bike in market very low price,means half price…..
   I can’t suggest to anyone to buy this bike

The charger is under warranty and company says that it is out of warranty and they not give any reason or something they said charger is out of warranty. And The Dealer is not taking any responsibility of this they saidd complain on company.the customer care executive said that the company’s person will call in 24 hrs but the their is more than 1 month their is no call from company and not solve any issue of
   us.

   People could have died.
   Fire Alert.
   One of there product Safar smart catches fire and on thr last minute people jumped out otherwise it would have been brutal. We threw water and somehow managed to put down fire.

   Dealership from where we have purchased it are taking no responsibility for this incident.

   I am trying to connect with them There is no response from anyone.

   I am going to sue this Company.
   I tried reaching out to them but no reply whatsoever.
