   I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company’s HR department and its director during my application for the Accounts Manager position. Despite explicitly mentioning on my CV and during a telephone conversation that my background is not in the manufacturing industry, they proceeded to schedule an interview, leading me to believe they were genuinely interested.
   Sending CV 2nd time for the same but don’t know weather they can really aware about to read CV of a candidate or not.
   After going for the interview And During the interview, the director barely spoke with me for 5 minutes and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. It was evident that they had not taken the time to review my qualifications or listen to my explanations regarding my background, This not only reflects poorly on the HR team but also highlights a severe lack of courtesy and respect from the company’s leadership.

   Overall, this experience has left me with a negative impression of the company’s recruitment process with HR.

   They don’t have the work culture,most of the employee are uneducated ,and the HR and the director are very cheap minded,most of the sales person did not get salary on time,the Director is rubbish also.

   I went for the interview at Baidyabati Head Office. Very beautiful office decoration. Their behavior is very gentle and well.

   The GK Rickshaw is a one of the best company in Erickshaw Industries across the India in that time and this company’s all mangement teams , sales , services and IT department they acordingly working is verry hard and responsible. GK always makes model with innovative design which is future beyond.
