   Excellent kilometerage from the e-cycle I purchased. Not to mention being stopped on the road every other day for enquiries!
   Most importantly e zee helps when the minimal problems arise .

   Bought an e cycle. Owner has been supportive to assist me for every service from the distributor for all the battery issues. Still I see the e cycle business is tough one since repair is difficult since it’s new in market. But would still appreciate the initiatives to bring them into market. One feedback would be to better get hold of distributors services in the city, and in house expertise of the system for paid servicing for better customer experience.

   Edited my rating, as the dealer has taken by bike and assured of fixing the issue and service.

   While buying experience is good and the dealers are nice, there is no after sales support or service. For an expensive e-cycle / e-bike I would expect a good after sales service or at least support in case of repair or issues. There is no mechanic and asking to go more than 20 KMs for repair or service. This is not good.

   Please don’t waste your time and money. This is not a show room, they have made a small setup in the basement of an Apartment. #66, There will not be any proper status of opend/closed on Google.
