Have been calling them for days for an appointment with mechanic. After giving me lots of hassle they said he would come on Saturday. After 8 calls on Saturday the mechanic contacted me and said he cannot come on that day. Next day I called him 14 times ….no response. Guys if you buy from EWent don’t expect any service. If anything happens to your scooter be ready to sell it as garbage. I had also mailed but haven’t received any ans. BTW bought from SCOOTECH Baguihati.

The after-sales service provided is extremely unsatisfactory. Despite repeatedly raising the same issue, it remains unresolved, leaving me deeply disappointed.
