   It’s very bad service centre and mainly employe not response properly. no good communicate with costumers. Staff very careless. Work also not done properly i will not suggest to take service atiyas is the worst in this show room don’t buy ev bike

   Dont give bike here for service. They took 44 days to repair a E-Bike battery and they charged 6000 + rupees for service. When the time i came for collecting the vehicle i asked for GST bill, first of all they try to frighten me by saying that i need to pay 28% extra for GST bill. I was ok with that, then they changed their word that they cant provide bill for service we didnt give give bill for any one like that. Very bad behavior and poor service.

   There is no option for minus star option. Other wise i will go for minus 5 star.

   The female sales employee made me uninterested in even having any further talks with them, leave buying a vehicle from them. Worst sales experience.

   Employees neglect the costomer fullfill ment atiyas givees the bad service in all over Bangalore and accessories was very costly

   Don’t buy any vehicles in City light motors bcz staff very carelss talking rude behavior only vehicles selling first preference but service time careless talking
