   Please don’t visit the showroom. The service was so bad and the sales executive, Mr. Nitin, was really careless. I bought a Chetak EV and it was defective when they delivered it. They even charged me 780 to repair it. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received the number plate. Not worth your time or money.

   This showroom doesn’t even deserve a single star. The service was terrible – it took them 2 days to change the wheel bearing and they charged Rs. 780 for the job. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to wash the vehicle before returning it. It’s been over 45 days now and they still haven’t provided the number plates.

   My humble request pls don’t buy scooter from this showroom sales & service is especially very worst . They don’t even care for customer always in mobile.

   Very bad Service provide
   Taken two days before chandra layout branch
   Chetak ev premium
   Added all extra future
   Even tech not working

   After 115 km driven battary 12 kv showing low
   Asking store excutive no response
   Mechanic saying need two days time

   Very bad experience
   Really don’t by in this showroom bajaj chetak ev

   I purchased chetak 2903 in full cash , The executive said me tech pack activation and Number plate will come in 2 or 3 days but they took 10 to 12 days . So plse don’t believe on his commitments
