   BLive , yes brought a rental ev scooter agreeing with all their t&c and once after returning their scooter they aren’t paying refundable security deposit which said while agreement process
   Strongly disagree with this and the supporting team like TL, they won’t show the interest with these chaos like before and the TL I received was Sharath his negligence is at peak he won’t even responds for the queries
   Worst !!!

   AVOID!
   I rarely review on maps but doing this for public good.
   I took an EV rental through BLive (EZYRentals) and its been over ~2 months since my deposit has not been paid back. Also, their terms do not mention about “electric charging fees” and yet those are to be paid magically after you return the bike. I chase the customer-support-representative every 10 days to get assurances of deposit payments.

   This isn’t all – while I rented the bike out, I discovered the Ather bike has to have a some money in the Ather wallet by BLive. Failing to do so deactivates the bike and prevents it from charging! During the rental tenure, my bike ran out of charge twice and I got no support for more than 3 hours (I was in middle of road once and the service rep knew it all).
