I visited the showroom to take a test ride of the new RIZTA. It was fully crowded, so I had to wait for some time. However, they requested me to be patient, and eventually, a staff member came and explained all the amazing features of the vehicle. The test rides will start in a day or two. Overall, it was a good experience, and I don’t regret visiting the JP Nagar branch. They provided me with a great understanding of the EV without even taking a test ride. Thanks to the JP Nagar team.

I got my new Ather Rizta today. It was a great experience. Syed Haseeb was my point of contact. He was very helpful and friendly. He made sure I got the best. Overall great experience.

I1 had pre-booked a test ride for the Rizta scoter through their website for today’s date. And today, I called to confirm if I could come in, and they confirmed it was fine. However, when I arrived, they showed no interest in assisting us. I asked them for a scooter demo and requested a test ride. They told me to wait for five minutes, but I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes with no one attending to us. Every time I asked, they just kept telling me to wait, showing no regard for the customer’s time. Initially, I planned to purchase two Rizta scooters, but after witnessing their negligence, I left. Even as I walked out, they saw us walking out, but didn’t seem to care. I think I’ll go with TVS instead. If their sales is only this bad, I can’t imagine how they would treat customers during service visits. I’ve lost all trust in Ather and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

1 vehicle cost is very high compared to other vehicles
2 What they’re promising about range that it’s exactly wrong it is not running so much a metre also showing the wrong kilometre distance,
3 It’s not a very good vehicle it’s not comfortable when you are reading
4 Don’t Buy EV vehicles
