   Worst customer service. I have left my vehicle for repair at JP Nagar Service centre, Bangalore a week back. Since the repair cost was beyond my expectation, I mailed to them asking for upgradation and quote for the same. Every day I am calling them but in no vain. I asked the JP Nagar sales team to go and get the vehicle checked which is just a stone away. They just transfer the call from one service centre to other.

   I get a reply stating that they have escalated the issue and will get a call back from past one week. Neither they call back nor reply to my mail. Very very pathetic.

   Very bad experience first time I have already booked ather ritza z model at gujarat Ahmedabad ambavadi branch
   They say delivery date 07/09/2024 evening 5 pm bt not delivery on time n delay for.3 /4 days ,,,Not satisfied first step w r join ather bt disappointed

   Great hospitality..very pleasant.. professional and good approach.
   Ajith and team treated me with the time explain details about my vechicle with proper demo..though the vechicle is advanced ..Ajith had patience to explain in layman terms.information was clean n on spot..there was no delay or wait time.

   Got my delivery here itself . Service is excellent from the delivery team . I and my friend got delivery on different days but we are loving this scooter big time .

   We recently booked and collected our Ather 450X from the newly opened Ather delivery point in IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru. We were privileged to be the very first customer to pick the vehicle up from the newly inaugurated delivery point at the IBC Knowledge Park on 27 Jan 2022.

   We arrived much later than our allotted time slot for delivery, due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the Ather staff were really patient, and helped us through the formalities smoothly.

   Would specifically like to mention Ather staff member, Ajith, who gave us the initial demo and explained the features. He did a great job at walking us through the features and usage of the vehicle, very clearly and patiently. He was also quick at grasping our doubts regarding vehicle usage. Would also like to mention Gokul from Ather, for helping us at the delivery centre. Thank you guys for making the process simple and easy, and for the special delivery.

   We’re excited as this is our first EV.
   Our ride back home of 26+ km was smooth. A new experience compared to ICE vehicles.
