Very bad experience with the dealer and the vehicle overall.
I purchased Magnus Ex model sometime in Oct 2021 and in just 1 year vehicle performance started degrading. Very soon (5000km) battery stopped working. I gave my vehicle for repair in Jan 2024 and I am still waiting for it to be fixed.
Dealer and the company are pathetic people. Some times one would wonder who is worse actually.
Support staff in dealer office has a “5 min Mam”. She would pick phone and inform that she wld chk and get back in 5 mins everytime but no one calls back.
As the wait continues, it’s been 8 months that my battery is undergoing replacement.
A sincere advice to anyone considering to buy this vehicle, that too from this dealer, please don’t get into this. You can not get rid of this cursed vehicle also.
Dealer is definitely having some mental health issue, anyone can make out on the very first conversation. Soon it will close for sure.

Very bad service. They don’t even respond for ev scooter repair problem. They just want to earn sales as service is zero.

Worst experience had in this centre there is no proper response from the staff sides , service also done very badly , almost 1month we left in the service center but that also not done properly, and we came back from 50km to repair once again

Excellent service at service center, all staff are actively supporting during service. Specially Abhi technical person has very sound knowledge on electric ampere scooter. Thank You so much 😊👍👍👍🌹

Never buy vehicle from this showroom.
Management took 10kvfrom me for nexus vehicle on 2nd may 2024, however till now they didn’t deliver my vehicle and not responding for my calls.
I have all proofs, I am going to file a case on this showroom.
Very very disappointed with this showroom.
