Third class service provider…they are making fools… customer service at the worst level. They don’t even bother to respond or pick up the call irrespective of any emergency. Go with any other brand..

Pathetic experience. Magnus Ex scooter battery stopped working in 2 years.(5000 kms). Battery sent for warranty and still waiting to receive a replacement even after 8 months of continuous follow up.
Avoid getting into this cheap crap…

Sells people is very helpful. We test dry2 variant zeal and magnus. Both looks good but build quality is not good. Fitting is not as per standard. Ampere is providing value for money ev scooter. Range is very good and there 2 mod low and high. Its very silent. Switched quality and finishing is not good.

Very worst experience I had, they just foolishing the people by giving false info, they don’t even worried about cust enquires, cust servise help line was very very worst,
They don’t even responding to cust calls and quires they just roaming and telling to call other persons, what kind of servise u r giving?😡😡😡😡
